It's a cold life

Now that we are finally here Lais is beginning to see why its not good to always live in the cold, it's a great place to visit but you would not want to endure it for months! Still, she seems to have a lot of enthusiasm for the experience and I know she will take lots of pictures now that the phone can be charged. Unfortunately we won't be able to do much today, since I have to spend most of my day working online. This was the deal I had to make with work to be able to come on Thursday when ticket prices were cheaper.

Last night my sister came by and cooked green beans, eggs, and shrimp for us which is a family recipe and Lais seemed to like it. I tried to get her to watch in detail how it was made but she seemed a bit shy!
